Making a business purchase.
For our business clients TPland developed a special way of ordering when living abroad.
Through this business section it is possible for our clients to place orders themselves. These orders are exempt from the Dutch-VAT, also know as intra-community delivery.
Placing an order without VAT?
Yes you can! However take the following rules into account:
- You are in possession of a valid VAT-number
- The delivery address is abroad (outside Dutch borders)
- Your information will be checked and verified by a third party, after approval you are able to shop without VAT and will be able to pay at the check-out
- No delivery costs for Belgium for all orders exceeding €50,00
- Delivery costs vary for each individual country
How to place an order.
The image shown below illustrates how you are able to place an order without VAT when it is not for delivery in The Netherlands.
Let us walk you through it:
1. First of all you need to choose the option to place a "zakelijk" (dutch translation for business) order.
2. Then it is time to fill in a valid foreign VAT-number, this will immediately be checked and will be either approved or declined. This process usually last 5-10 seconds, when approved the word: “ gecontroleerd” will appear in green.
3. Here you can fill the billing address. It is crucial that you not only enter the correct address but that you also select the right country. If you do not do this you will not be exempt from the VAT.
4. If you would like to have quick and easy access to your previous purchases and bills for sending and/or printing, it is recommended to register for a personal account.
5. The last and final step includes payment of your order. The only thing you have to do is select the payment method of your preference and you are able to purchase your item(s) without VAT.
When your product is in stock you can expect it to be delivered to you within 24 hours.
